General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
Duration:- Three year Diploma course
Total number of seats are 50.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission
1. Admission of students shell be once in a year from july to sep. session commencing from 1st sep.
2. Minimum age for admission will be 17 year (as on 31dec.of that year ) The upper age limit is 35 years . For ANM/LHV there is no age bar.
3. 10+2 with 40% marks from any recognized board .5% is relaxed for SC/ST candidates.
4. Candidates are also eligible from state open school recognized by state Govt. and national institute of open school (NIOS) recognized by central Govt.
5. 10+2 vocational ANM course from the school recognized By INC.
6. 10+2 health care science vocational stream from a recognized CBSE Board/state/center.
7. Medical fitness to be obtained from authorized medical officer of the institute.
8. Female unmarried.
The following certificates will be submitted at the time of admission.
1. Attested copies of metric certificate with date of birth.
2. Attested copies of 10+2 certificate with detail marks card.
3. Medical fitness to be obtained from authorized medical officer of the institute.
4. SC/ST certificate where applicable.
5. 5 copies of recent passport photographs.
6. Residences status
7. Extra curriculam activities certificate (arts, games, music etc)
Auxiliary Nurses and midwives (ANM)
Duration:- Two years diploma course
Total number of seats are 30
Eligibility for admission
1. Minimum age for admission will be 17 year (as on 31dec.of that year) in which admission is sought.
2. The maximum age for admission shall be 30 years.
3. The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of 12 years of schooling (10+2 year course) recognized by CBSE/ICSC/HSCE or a recognized equivalent examination.
4. Medical fitness certificate.
5. Migration is not permissible.
